SHIPPING POLICY
Silk Ways promises to deliver your order with excellent packaging for a wonderful shopping experience within the given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sundays & Public holidays. We use the services of reputed courier agencies only to ensure product’s safety.
- Absolutely Free Shipping in India. International shipping is free for orders above INR 25,000/-.
- If the customer wants to get the tassels done, it might take around 2-3 more business days for dispatch.
- Products within India are delivered within 3-7 days while international delivery is subject to complete within 5-10 days after dispatch. Delivery time may vary in some cases due to extraordinary circumstances like transport strikes, floods etc.
- We will send you the courier tracking details via email once the parcel is shipped.
- All products that are displayed on Silk Ways Website are stocked at our warehouses and are ready to be shipped.
- In rare case, if the product do not reach the destination due to improper or wrong address provided and we receive the parcel back, the buyer will be intimated via email and whatsapp for the right address and the additional courier charges will have to be borne by the buyer.
- If there is a delay in dispatch due to any natural calamity, public holiday or any unforeseen event, we shall not be liable to return or exchange the goods.
- In case the product you purchased is found to be out of stock, we may contact you through e-mail. You may then choose to wait, choose another product, or opt for a full refund.
NOTE :
- For international shipments, the customer is responsible for any custom duties/taxes applicable in their country.
- Customs & Import Duties – Any such taxes are borne solely by the customer if such charges are applicable in the destination country on handloom products sourced from India. These taxes will be chargeable over and above the product/order price you pay. These charges are ungovernable as they differ from country to country according to local rules and regulations.
